At the Oct. 7 meeting staff described a printing error that resulted in some voters receiving sample-ballot brochures for the wrong congressional district. According to staff, the printer preprinted brochures grouped by congressional district and a wrong tray was used during distribution. The office said it received only a limited number of calls from voters and that it mailed corrected materials to ensure voters had accurate information.
