At a Oct. 13, 2025 budget workshop, the Springfield Township supervisors reviewed expected 2025 revenues and expenses and agreed to restrict most Liquid Fuel (LF) expenditures. The board decided diesel fuel will be paid from the General Fund (GF), while street lighting and the planned seal-coat project will be the only routine expenses charged to the LF account; the annual grader payment will be covered from LF checking.
