Jeffrey Fellers, director of the Tucker Community Foundation, briefed the Board of Garrett County Commissioners Feb. 16 about the annual Run For It 2K walk and 5K run and asked the board to consider increasing the county’s annual contribution to $2,000 in fiscal 2022. Fellers told the board that Garrett County’s $9,000 investment since 2014 has returned about $80,000 in grant funding to local nonprofits.
