Pipestone County approves three-year HVAC service agreement with Johnson Controls
The board approved a three-year Johnson Controls service agreement for courthouse HVAC maintenance: $41,471.94 (year 1), $43,129.00 (year 2), and $44,855.00 (year 3). Approval was by unanimous vote of commissioners present.

Dean Schulze, a Johnson Controls representative, updated the Pipestone County Board on the courthouse HVAC project and presented a three-year service agreement covering Sept. 1, 2023, through Aug. 31, 2026. The proposed costs are $41,471.94 in year one, $43,129.00 in year two, and $44,855.00 in year three.
