Auditor-Treasurer Kelly Schroeder reported that the Lower St. Croix Watershed Partnership Policy Committee recommended a set of changes including amendments to the management plan and work plan, a revision to the FY23 Watershed Based Implementation Funding budget, and a request for a grant agreement extension.
