Frank Zukas of the Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) asked the Schuylkill County commissioners during public comment July 9 for a letter of support to include Schuylkill County in Foreign Trade Zone 147, which covers 11 counties in southeastern Pennsylvania.
