The Buffalo County Planning and Zoning Commission on May 18 recommended approval of the preliminary subdivision titled "Sears Second Subdivision." Applicant Paul Sears told the commission he intends to subdivide a tract that contains an existing house and sell roughly three acres; the parcel is zoned Agricultural–Residential (AGR). Zoning Administrator Dennise Daniels confirmed the zoning and county subdivision procedures.
