The Ringgold County Board of Supervisors approved Resolution RC25-112 on July 28, 2025, authorizing a Windstream utility permit. The motion to amend the agenda to consider the permit was made by Supervisor Steve Knapp and seconded by Supervisor Cotby Hotmes; the board voted unanimously in favor (AYES: Taytor, Hotmes, Knapp; NAYS: none). The resolution was attested by Deputy Auditor Korbie Rinehart and recorded as passed July 28, 2025.
