Kossuth County supervisors approve DD4 Lateral 40 contract and several routine items
At its Jan. 28, 2025 meeting the Kossuth County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a contract for the DD4 Lateral 40 improvement, a liquor-license address change for Bottom of the Cup, LLC, and an amended bargaining-unit stipulation for sheriff deputies; the board also held budget workshops and heard a Veterans Affairs update and a presentation from Wellmark.

The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors adopted a series of routine motions during its Jan. 28, 2025 regular session, including approval of a contract for the DD4 Lateral 40 improvement and several administrative items. The meeting convened at 8:00 a.m. with Chairman Carter Nath presiding and supervisors Josh Waechter, Kyle Stecker, Amber Garman (via internet) and Howard Haas present.
