Monona County supervisors approved replacement of three flat roofs on county facilities during their Aug. 12, 2025 meeting, selecting option two of the Nohava Construction quotes. The board approved funding for three roof areas with listed material costs: the former Board of Supervisors meeting room roof (approximately 1,035 sq. ft., $29,987), the courthouse area roof (approximately 2,633 sq. ft., $43,146) and the annex roof (approximately 7,026 sq. ft., $59,995). The three material costs total $133,128. Each roof includes an optional five-year warranty at $0.12 per square foot.
