Board advances platting ordinance amendment, approves DBJG Properties subdivision and backs development terms
The board held a public hearing on a text amendment to the Webster County platting ordinance (Ordinance No. 2024-04), adopted first consideration and set the final reading for Aug. 13, 2024; the board also approved the DBJG Properties final plat for a 14-lot subdivision and adopted a resolution supporting proposed private development terms.
