Lincoln County approved release of an RFP to allocate Opioid Settlement Funds, authorized a Community Resilience service-provider application, and approved Mary Ellen Barnes to submit a $500,000 EPA Brownfields grant application to support assessment, cleanup and a revolving loan fund.
