The Pipestone County Board of Commissioners voted Feb. 13 to select Bueltel‑Moseng Surveyors of Marshall, Minnesota, to serve as the county’s surveyor for a state Public Land Survey System (PLSS) monument grant program. The motion carried 4–1, with Commissioner Chris Hollingsworth recorded in opposition.
