Board removes three parcels from quarry conditional-use permit
By resolution the Steele County Board removed three parcels from CUP #302 at the request of Minnesota Paving and Materials and Festal Farms; the resolution states all other CUP terms remain in effect and was approved unanimously.

Steele County commissioners adopted Resolution 2025-025 to remove specific parcels from Conditional Use Permit 302, which governs quarrying, crushing, blasting, stockpiling and processing of aggregate materials. The parcels removed are identified in the resolution as parcel numbers 12-033-2307, 12-033-2313 and 12-033-3201; the removal was requested by Minnesota Paving and Materials and Festal Farms and the board voted unanimously in favor.
