Property owner Kelly McCann appeared three times during the Board of Review to contest separate parcels. For 204 N. 1st Street (tax parcel #23109 0060.2000), McCann presented photos documenting poor condition; the assessor offered an alternate total assessment of $190,600 and the Board voted to set the full value at $190,600 (land $78,300; improvements $112,300) on a motion by Chris Shippee seconded by Brandon Arndt.
