County approves amended RCRCA joint powers agreement to support watershed plan

County Coordinator Kelly Thongvivong presented an amended RCRCA Joint Powers Agreement the board said was necessary for RCRCA to hold Watershed Based Implementation Funds and to oversee One Watershed One Plan implementation. The board voted unanimously to approve Cottonwood County’s RCRCA member signing the amended agreement.
