The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee on Dec. 10 voted to approve and forward Ordinance Amendment #13-2025 to public hearing. The amendment would amend Chapter 9, Article 3 (Section 9.37) and Article 8 (Section 9.82) of the Oneida County Zoning and Shoreland Protection Ordinance.
