The Oneida County Board of Adjustment voted Dec. 11 to grant a variance allowing construction of a garage at 2853 Bay Drive in the Town of Crescent after holding an onsite inspection and an 11:00 a.m. public hearing. Chair Guy Hansen recused from the hearing; Vice Chair Mike Pazdernik presided.
