Commissioners approve Community Crossing bid, note bridge inspection contract and SR 55 schedule
Warren County accepted a Milestone bid for a Community Crossing Grant project at $874,840.55, reviewed a previously approved Woolpert bridge inspection contract for $300,186, and heard that the SR 55 project and detour will begin at the end of March with truck restrictions on the detour route.

At the March 17 meeting the board opened bids for Community Crossing Grant (CCG) project CCG 2025-1 and accepted the low bid from Milestone for $874,840.55. Commissioner Clay Andrews moved to award the contract to Milestone, John Comer seconded, and the vote was recorded as unanimous.
