Mike (staff) presented a development agreement for Creative LandCo, which was rezoned more than a year earlier for roughly 265 acres. The agreement outlines how the Transferable Development Rights (TDR) / Density Credit Component (DCC) program would apply to the project, but staff told the council that the actual source parcels for the TDRs have not yet been identified.
