Buffalo County approves Poole Ranch rezoning and preliminary subdivision with road conditions
The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 23 approved rezoning about 73.26 acres to Agricultural–Residential and granted preliminary subdivision approval for Poole Ranch with required road access, a 10-year maintenance agreement and a safety study; final plat approval remains required.

The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners approved a zoning map amendment and preliminary subdivision for land now called Poole Ranch on Dec. 23, adopting Resolution 2024-56 to change roughly 73.26 acres from Agricultural (AG) to Agricultural–Residential (AGR) and Resolution 2024-57 granting preliminary plat approval for the subdivision formerly known as Riverview Estates.
