The St. Martin Parish Council on Nov. 4, 2025, authorized Parish President Pete Delcambre to execute an administrative change order that reduces the base bid for the Herman Dupuis Road Improvements Project by $267,198.54. The contract was originally awarded to Elliott Construction, L.L.C., with a base bid listed in the resolution as $1,639,112.50; Duplantis Design Group recommended the administrative change order.
