Board adopts DD 4 Sub 9 Lat 11 plan, approves $335,595.42 pay application for DD 4 Lat 40
Kossuth County adopted the Drainage District (DD) 4 Sub 9 Lat 11 plan and directed final plans/bid letting; the board also approved Pay Application #2 for DD 4 Lat 40 to Reutzel Excavating for $335,595.42.

Tyler Conley of Bolton & Menk presented materials at a continued hearing on Drainage District (DD) 4 Sub 9 Lat 11 on July 1. After the presentation, the board unanimously adopted the DD 4 Sub 9 Lat 11 plan and report and directed the county engineer to proceed to final plans and bid letting. The board specified use of a one-half coefficient for tile and allowed both concrete and plastic pipe options in the final design.
