Jordan Eigner asked the commission to allow a building permit so his son could begin work on Lot 13 at Kelly Lake despite a historical 'future development' notation that staff said had been discussed in past minutes. Eigner said the recorded plat did not itself label the lot non‑buildable and sought flexibility so weather would not delay construction. "I just wanna get a building permit for my son," Eigner told the board.
