Street plans for Jenner Farms approved; developer requests single access from Jenner Road

The board approved street-construction plans for Primary Plat 2609, Jenner Farms, a roughly 29.03-acre development north of Jenner Road. Glenn Merritt of Cash Wagner described the proposed single access on Jenner Road, a divided median with designated left- and right-turn lanes plus a one-way boulevard entrance; the design includes a 77-foot right-of-way to accommodate a wider drive and four internal cul-de-sacs serving about 63 lots.
