Drainage problems and road projects discussed; Rice Lake culvert work underway

Kris Oswald, Drainage Clerk for Winnebago County, told the board on May 13 that "there has been an issue for a couple of years" on DD 3 Lat 4 and said he will have a contractor locate and repair the problem.
