The Minonk City Council on June 1 approved Ordinance 2026-07 to amend the FY25‑26 budget and move Rec Building fiscal activity into the Rec Program fund. City Treasurer Steve O’Riley said the Rec Building activity will be recorded under fund code 16.19 to separate that fund's transactions from other city accounts.
