DRB member discloses abutter status before subdivision discussion

Ken Pinkham, a member of the St. George Development Review Board, disclosed during the Oct. 7, 2026 meeting that he is an abutter to the existing property involved in the subdivision application but said he is not an abutter to the 25-acre lot proposed to be subdivided from that property. Pinkham stated he was not biased and that no conflict existed before taking part in the discussion.
