Holli Underwood provided a multi‑part update for the Alliance on Jan. 4. She said 18 active properties are listed through Jobs Ohio for public site searches and that promotional materials for the Jones Road site (signage and video) are in vendor production and will be shared with the commissioners for review prior to signing.
