Sherman City Council approved Ordinance No. 6953 to allow a plan development district covering roughly 18.3788 acres in the 5301 block of West Houston Street, with a base C-2 zoning for general commercial and flex warehouse-office uses. Rob said the applicants had executed a building materials agreement and that P&Z recommended approval 7–0.
