The Fannindel Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously on March 3, 2026, to extend by one year the contracts of three district administrators: the elementary principal, the secondary dean of students and the athletic director. Each extension was approved in open session after a closed-session discussion of personnel matters and recorded as passing For 7, Against 0, Abstain 0.
