At a Dec. 3 special meeting, the Curry County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Ordinance 25-03, which amends Article Four and adds Divisions Five through Eleven; county counsel provided information by phone and there were no public comments on the ordinance.

The Curry County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Ordinance 25-03 at a Dec. 3, 2025 special meeting, amending Article Four to revise Divisions One through Four and to add Divisions Five through Eleven. Commissioner Lynn Coker moved the adoption; Vice-Chair Patrick Hollinger seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
