Chesterfield County Council unanimously approved the second reading of an amendment to the county Solid Waste Management Plan related to the solid waste management fee at a special meeting on May 15, 2025. Council Member Ethan Foard moved to pass the second reading and Council Member Bishop Johnnie McLendon seconded; the motion carried with all members present voting in favor.
