The Yuma City Council approved a motion to adopt the motion consent agenda (nine items) and carried the vote by voice vote. Council later adopted Resolution R2026-011 (pre-annexation development agreement with JPM Development) by roll call vote; the clerk recorded unanimous aye votes. The council also adopted three ordinances on the consent agenda covering two rezonings and an easement grant to install electrical facilities for East Mesa Community Park; roll call votes were recorded as aye for all members present.
