On Jan. 21 the Oneida County Planning & Development Committee approved a preliminary two-lot Certified Survey Map reconfiguring Lots 5 and 6 in the Unity Point Subdivision (Town of Newbold), on a motion by Dan Hess, seconded by Bob Almekinder.
