The court approved the final plat for Sunset Ranch Phase 2B and three short plats/replats (Durham Meadows, T and L Addition, Winston Addition Lot 32R) after staff confirmed engineering review and conditions were satisfied.

Planning staff advised the court that engineering plans for Sunset Ranch Phase 2B had been reviewed and approved, that roads will be maintained by the Sunset Ranch MUD, and that all final-plat requirements had been satisfied. Commissioners approved the final plat for Sunset Ranch Phase 2B.
