Council approves Lower Point sewer replacement contract using Clean Water Fund loan/grant

Council authorized the city manager to enter a contract with Roger Hickel Contracting for the Lower Point sewer replacement project using a Clean Water Fund loan converted to grant funding; staff said the project addresses long-running blower and equipment issues and expects construction to start as parts arrive.
