Consultant Clay White proposed a joint December session with the planning commission and the board to review a draft code framework and gather early feedback. "I think 1 of the things that we're hoping also is that we can do a joint session with the board, and the planning commission in December," White said, proposing a process similar to the comprehensive‑plan outreach the county used previously.
