The commissioners rejected the prior conditional approval of the Townside Meadows South subdivision and directed the developer to correct application errors before returning to the court. Commissioners said the plat itself had been corrected on the drawing but the accompanying application contained an incorrect acreage/legal description, which prevented final approval.
