Ellis County opens public hearing on development fee schedule changes; no increases proposed

Alberto Morris, the countys Director of Development, told commissioners the proposed amendments to the development master fee schedule will reorganize fees and ensure compliance with annual state authorization requirements; he said no fee increases are included in the proposal.
