Kenny Billings, representing the VFW, asked the board for $1,500 from LOSST funds to support a Community Member Recognition Meal on Nov. 11. On a motion by Tim Schumacher with a second from Todd Glasnapp, the board approved the $1,500 allocation; the minutes record the vote as unanimous.
