The Kossuth County Conservation Board voted April 10 to accept a donation from the Water’s Edge Nature Center Foundation (WENCF) to pay for paving the nature center parking lot and entrance road and awarded the paving contract to Heartland Asphalt Inc. of Mason City for $162,458.71.
