The Franklin County Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted Resolution No. 2026-8 to approve a county application form for Commercial Wind Energy Conversion System conditional use permits under Ordinance No. 2023B; the form will be available from the Planning & Zoning Administrator and on the County website.

The Franklin County Board of Supervisors on Jan. 13 adopted Resolution No. 2026-8 to approve a permit application form for Commercial Wind Energy Conversion System conditional use permits. The resolution implements requirements in Ordinance No. 2023B (codified at Section 70.07 of the Franklin County Zoning Code).
