Benton County sets minimum bids for two conservation properties after closed session
Following a closed session Nov. 4 to discuss real-estate matters, the Benton County Board set minimum bids of $2,000 for the Cherveny railroad parcel and $10,000 for the Dog Pound property; sales will complete by quit claim deed and a public bid letting will be scheduled.
