Jasper County names members to new EMS Advisory Committee

The Jasper County Board of Supervisors on Oct. 6 appointed an EMS Advisory Committee and approved its membership roster. "Motion by Talsma, seconded by Cupples to appoint and approve the EMS Advisory Committee as follows," the record states; the motion lists one board member, the Jasper County Auditor/designee, the Newton Fire Chief/designee, three volunteer EMS departments (Colfax, Monroe, Sully), three at-large seats (physician; ag-related; Jasper County business), and Jasper County EMA deputy director plus the EMA director as a non-voting member.
