Amelia County supervisors outline multi‑year facilities plan, propose two staffing changes
At a Nov. 12, 2025 work session, County Administrator Eric S. Pollitt presented a multi‑year plan to reorganize office space, repurpose a future animal shelter for Parks & Recreation, move Public Works equipment into the old Agriculture Building, and phase expansions of emergency vehicle bays; staff proposed converting one PTE to FTE and adding one PTE, with cost estimates to be developed for next year’s budget.
