Town Attorney Robert Hardy informed the council he will no longer be the town's attorney after Aug. 3, 2026; he said the arrangement could change after six months but, as recorded in the minutes, he will not be able to work on the Clean Infusion case. Hardy offered to provide scope and background information to the next attorney the town hires.
