Councilors voted unanimously to approve ordinance 26-R, a package of stormwater code amendments staff said are required by updates to the state stormwater permit. Bob (Speaker 4), who presented the item, told the council the edits came from Jones and Associates and included reorganized definitions and relocated enforcement provisions.
