The Facilities Committee voted to enter closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment and performance-evaluation data for the Facilities Director. The roll call vote was unanimous among members present, and Huber, Hartman and Schreier attended the closed session. The committee returned to open session at 10:15 a.m.; Vice-chairman Billy Fried announced that no motions were made in closed session before adjourning at 10:16 a.m.
