Seward County adopts resolution to vacate section of Rokeby Road
After a public hearing with no speakers in favor or opposition, Seward County commissioners adopted Resolution No. 3913 on Jan. 13 vacating about 2,700 feet of Rokeby Road and preserving perpetual easements for existing utilities.

The Seward County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing Jan. 13 on vacating a portion of Rokeby Road described by section, township and range (beginning at the NE corner of Section 36 and SE corner of Section 25, Township 9 North, Range 1 East, thence west approximately 2,700 feet). Highway Superintendent Jon Regnier presented information about the proposal.
